Wide receiver Callan Sherd caught 5- and 25-yard touchdown passes from Tom Fusee to lead defending Division 1 state champion Rockford. Zach Breen (5 yards) and Frank Heeringa (60 yards) also ran for touchdowns for the visiting Rams, who rallied from an early 7-0 deficit. Heeringa rushed for 95 yards on eight carries as Rockford gained 279 yards on the ground. Fusee completed 10-of-12 passes for 125 yards.
